An organizational development consultant and a mechanical engineer with 8 years post qualification experience in organizational development and 32 years practice in mechanical engineering.

He is knowledgeable with a wide skill-set, including corrective and preventive maintenance, fleet maintenance and management; organizational assessment in the areas of culture, team effectiveness and organization capacity; building dynamic teams; facilitating strategic planning workshops.

He also has working knowledge in customer care intervention; monitoring and evaluation; conflict management and coaching.

He has undertaking several consultancy assignments in organizational development with several institutions including Merc World Limited a Mercedes Benz workshop in Tema; Hermann Gmeiner School, (SOS) Tema; Life Bridge International Academy, Tema; Innes Eye and Visioncare/Beraca Optical Laboratory, Accra.

During his training, he has developed an excellent eye for detail and respect for time, due to the heavy demands of research and assignments.
He has served as team member, Africa-Asia Eco Partnership Program, Ghana; Accra Metropolitan Assembly focal person, Climate and Clean Air Coalition; team member, Africa Adaptation Program, waste management group; team member, GAMA Sanitation and Water Project, Accra Metropolitan Assembly.
