A trained social scientist with a special interest in Industrial Sociology, Felix was trained at the University of Ghana and also holds a Master’s in Business Administration (Finance) from Coventry University, United Kingdom, a CPD Certified Diploma in Human Resources, an Executive Mastery Certificate in Leadership and Human Resources from the Professional HR Centre and Executive Certificate in Labour Law and Application also from the Professional HR Centre. He has also had training in international waste management in Nairobi, marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana (CIMG) and project management. He has over ten years of working experience creating a positive and energetic work environment, in which everyone is inspired to give off their best as professionals.
