As an active partner of the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development and the Environmental Protection Agency, we are always available to assist the community in all ways possible including:
As responsible citizens we must ensure our communities are tidy beyond our households. Our operations team is always available upon request to assist with waste collection services during community clean-up exercises within our operational zones.
Constant sensitization on sanitation laws and the responsibility of citizens towards a clean environment is necessary to ensure optimal public health and sustainability. Our innovations team is always available to assist clients, assemblies and civil society to hold sensitization workshops upon request.
School Educational Campaigns
We believe that the children are our future and that if you train up a child in the way that he/she should go, he/she will not depart from it. We find it of high importance to wage educational campaigns within the basic and secondary schools within our operational zone. As we continue with this ongoing effort we also assist in school-led campaigns upon request.
National Sanitation Day
The National Sanitation Day, a sanitation exercise held on the first Saturday of every month, is spearheaded by the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development. Jekora Ventures supports these exercises with personnel and equipment working alongside Assemblymen and the Sub-metro.
